Below are some of the responses that we have received from our customers. They rank from the very beginner in Windchiming to the serious hobbyist and on to the person that finishes our kits and sells them at the craft shows. We also have supplied Chimes to Symphony Orchestras all over the world.

I want to thank you for the kit that I ordered for my wife for Christmas. I completed it on the 24th with her help but it was worth it. This was my first time building a chime from a kit and am very impressed as to the ease and readability of the directions. Had more trouble signing up to PayPal. I hand sanded with 800 grit sandpaper and then Mothers Aluminum and Mag polish. took some time but worth it. then finished with Turtle wax ice.
The tones and the sound are amazing. As I am not musically inclined as my wife is (she is a retired band teacher or 32 years) but she really likes it and loves the way it just keeps resonating. Thanks again for a great product.
This Email was from Danny's mother. After having completed a set of our chimes, he sent it to her as a gift. He was obviously very pleased and proud of her response and decided to share it by forwarding her Email to us.
Hi, Danny,
Just wanted to let you know that the time I am happiest is when I am working in the garden at BlueWater (chopping grass burrs, and watering the citrus trees) and listening to your chimes. It is absolutely heavenly, and I want to thank you again for making my life so pleasant.
Gil,
The instruction manual is very good..easy to understand and complete. If i were a beginner i don't believe i wood have any problem assembling a set of chimes with its help.
I said before and i say it again. You have made and continue to make major contribution to the craft of wind chimes. You shown me workable and practical ways to build a set of chimes. I think there should be a postage stamp honoring your achievements.

Hi Gil,
Sales are going nicely now and people love the quality and especially the sound of my chimes. Thanks for all of your help, re-direction and for fostering a sense of making my chimes all about quality, it is paying off nicely.
Gill,
Just thought I would pass on that one of the three ordered kits were complete and delivered today. Number two will be delivered tomorrow. The directions were simple, to the point and gave the exact dimensions which worked out great. The sounds are very clear and resonates very well. My son and I worked approx 6 hours on two different days to complete the two sets. Of the several finishes you describe, I decided to use paint. I found the primer by rustoleum for Aluminum that you suggested and it worked great. It was applied with a roller which left a textured look that I decided not to change. I painted it with rustoleum black metallic paint the looks very sparkly in the sun. The wooden pieces also had a lot of character in their grain and various knots. I just wanted to pass on my thanks for a very complete kit and to say that I am very satisfied with the end results. I would highly recommend that if anyone has a little mechanical skill and can follow directions, your kits make a great project.
Thanks again, Terry Hunt. ______________________________________________________________
Here is an interesting project.
I was invited by Jamie Burmeister, a nationally recognized metal sculptor, to design and make 43 chimes for his artistic project. The project is located in Omaha, Nebraska at the new South Omaha Library, Metropolitan Community College. Mr Burmeister has indicated that he was pleased with my chimes and I must say that I was pleased to do them. Click here for a view. ______________________________________________________________

Hey, it`s finished. `Turned out great. More importantly, the chimes sound fantastic! I sat out on the porch for two hours listening to them. Attached are some more pics. Enjoy!
I wanted to let you know I finished my wind chime and it sounds as wonderful as you said it would. The finish that I chose turned out exactly the way I was hoping it would. I have attached a few photos for your review. I primed the pipes as instructed. Then used spray paint, with a base coat of copper metallic, and a top coat of aged bronze hammer finish. The wood I chose was cedar planks that I stained to compliment the pipes, and put a top coat of Spar Varnish on the seal the wood.
I'm thinking I will have to try another project when I have the extra money. You have a very good product. I'm looking forward to my next one!
Best Wishes;

Our 29th wedding anniversary gift to each other.
We are very happy with the windchimes (#100 ST-3). I went with a different route than you suggested and sanded the tubing to a 600 grit finish. Extra work to be sure, but the near-mirror finish is impressive. We've gotten lots of great comments on the chimes beautiful sound and appearance. By the way, they are hanging on the frame from a hammock chair. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
This is the first set that Tom built. It is a set of the Westminster Chimes. Seems that the painting system that I have been recommending is really doing a good and easy job of finishing. It looks great. See his picture below
Hello,
Merry Christmas!
I built the set of chimes that I purchased from you. I made a few changes in suspending the set of chimes.........
I primed the tubes and then finished them with a hammered copper paint. It looks and sounds good. Thanks for your help. It is a Christmas gift for a family member. I also etched into each tube the note it represented.
